Overview
Implement and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
Enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection hold points.
Ensure all inspections, tests, and certifications are completed and approved prior to activity closure.
Verify all materials comply with approved specifications and submittals.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and regulatory requirements.
Monitor workmanship quality across civil, architectural, MEP, and modular works.
Issue, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Mandatory use of Aconex for QA/QC documentation and approvals.
Mandatory working knowledge of CAD for drawing review and discrepancy identification.
Lead and manage QA/QC inspectors and interface with Contractor QA/QC teams.
