About the Role
Egis is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager – Architecture to lead quality assurance and control processes for architectural design projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for architectural design deliverables
- Conduct design reviews at all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC)
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international design standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, ID, etc.) to ensure design integrity
- Lead internal audits and manage quality documentation in line with ISO standards
- Identify design risks, inconsistencies, and non conformities; propose corrective actions
- Support project teams in resolving technical and quality related issues
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs across projects
- Provide training and guidance to architectural teams on QA/QC best practices
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on quality related matters when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 12–18 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery
- Minimum 3–5 years in a QA/QC or design review role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi and UAE building codes, authority regulations, and international standards
- Experience with large scale and complex projects (mixed use, commercial, hospitality, etc.)
- Proven experience in implementing QA/QC systems and procedures
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification (preferred)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
- Membership in a recognized professional body (RIBA, AIA, etc.) (preferred)
