About the Role

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ISO 9001 standards and project requirements
- Ensure all construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and local regulatory authority requirements in the UAE
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively
- Oversee QA/QC activities across multiple construction projects (civil, structural, mechanical, or infrastructure works)
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals
- Monitor site inspections and ensure adherence to approved procedures and standards
- Lead and manage QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and document control teams
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders on quality related matters
- Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain quality documentation, including NCRs (Non Conformance Reports), CARs, and audit reports
- Ensure proper tracking, closure, and reporting of quality issues
- Prepare regular QA/QC performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 15–20 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry
- Minimum 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in large scale projects in UAE or GCC preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and QA/QC procedures
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Description
- Nova International General Contracting is a well established UAE based company dedicated to delivering excellence in general contracting and construction, specialized in executing branded residences.
- The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
