- Provide technical input to resolve discipline related issues on site

- 8 years work experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- High rise buildings and hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete fabrication processes

Responsibilities
- Assess Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete fabrication processes, including testing, inspections, and quality standards.
- Experience in conducting material tests, dimensional checks, and inspecting precast components for compliance with design specifications.
- Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
- Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and building codes related to precast concrete (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI).
- Developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures specific to precast construction.
- Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues.
- Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos.
- Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required.
- Check and ensure effective co ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
- Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
Qualifications
- High rise buildings and hospitality experience.
- 8 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
