Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection plans
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate material inspections
- Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and quality documentation
- Monitor compliance with project specifications and contract requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare quality reports, NCRs, corrective actions, and close out documentation
- Prepare quantity take offs from drawings and specifications
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement
- Prepare monthly valuations, payment applications, and variation orders
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
Requirements
- Experience in QA/QC or quantity surveying for MEP or Civil projects
- Knowledge of project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards
- Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation
- Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting
