About the Role
Fatherson International FZE is seeking an MEP Draftsman to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software.

Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as built drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software
- Develop detailed Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing layouts based on design drawings and project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve design clashes and discrepancies
- Review consultant and client drawings and incorporate revisions as required
- Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements, project specifications, and company standards
- Generate material take offs and support quantity estimation when required
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical drafting support to project teams
- Update drawings based on site conditions and engineer instructions
- Assist in preparing submissions for consultant and authority approvals
