- Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per specifications and project schedule.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and Dubai authority regulations.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Attend project meetings and submit progress updates.
Requirements
- Experience in MEP coordination
- Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations
- Ability to review MEP drawings and shop drawings
- Supervisory experience with subcontractors and installation teams
