- Oversee and ensure that all materials and construction work meet project standards and specifications
- Develop and implement quality assurance/control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and completed work to ensure quality is maintained
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality related issues
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and reports
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes
- Support the development and training of the team in QA/QC best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC with strong technical support background
- Proven experience in quality control processes and implementation in large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools
