About the Role

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs and control expenditure throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents and assist in contractor selection
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts and variations
- Measure and value construction work completed on site
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
- Provide regular cost reports and financial forecasts to management
- Work closely with site teams to ensure cost effective project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Landscape projects
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel

- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
- Great networking abilities
