Responsibilities
- Attend project kickoff meetings to understand project specifications, client requirements, and quality expectations.
- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for the project.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to identify potential quality issues before construction begins.
- Conduct dilapidation survey inspections and regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
- Coordinate and oversee testing of materials and systems to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document non conformance issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders regarding quality issues.
- Perform final inspections and ensure work is completed to specified quality before handover.
- Compile and submit all QA/QC documentation required for project handover.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of UAE Experience as QA/QC (preferably Interior Fit Out Works)
- Basic Knowledge in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
- Preferably a Candidate with a Driving License

Qualification
