The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that procured civil and architectural materials for building and industrial projects comply with approved specifications, quality standards, applicable codes, QA/QC procedures, and ITPs.
The role covers procurement quality activities from material submittals and vendor documentation through inspection, testing, certification, delivery, storage, and preservation.
The position works with Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Inspection, and Project QA/QC teams to meet project and ADNOC requirements.

Job Purpose
The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that procured civil and architectural materials for building and industrial projects comply with approved specifications, quality standards, applicable codes, QA/QC procedures, and ITPs.
The role covers procurement quality activities from material submittals and vendor documentation through inspection, testing, certification, delivery, storage, and preservation.
The position works with Procurement, Engineering, Vendors, Inspection, and Project QA/QC teams to meet project and ADNOC requirements.
Project and Location
- The project involves industrial buildings.
- The stated location is Al Ruwais, initially Musaffah.
- Work is performed in person.
Core Qualifying Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, or major building projects.
- Strong experience in procurement quality control and vendor inspection.
- Proven experience with civil and architectural materials and their inspection and testing requirements.
