Job Overview
Responsible for ensuring that all electrical works at 33 kV substations comply with project specifications, quality standards, and Saudi Energy (SEC) requirements.
The role includes inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with QMS and SEC QA/QC standards
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and material submittals
- Conduct inspections and tests for electrical work (cables, transformers, panels)
- Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and inspection reports
- Coordinate with consultants and SEC for approvals
- Monitor site activities and ensure quality compliance
- Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience, including 33 kV substations
- SEC (Saudi Energy) approval is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of IEC standards & SEC standards
- Experience in testing & commissioning
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
