- Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions based on business requirements
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose effective system solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and enterprise applications
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
- Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational policies
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users

- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and enhancing HRMS.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
- Strong SQL and reporting skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business critical systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar.
- Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.
- Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are a plus.
