About The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves implementing, customizing, integrating, supporting, and enhancing HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize HRMS solutions.
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and propose system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between HRMS and enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement activities.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to end users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS implementation, development, integration, or support.
  • Strong experience with HRMS platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and database technologies.
  • Strong SQL and reporting skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and supporting business critical systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP and HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics HR, or similar.
  • Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Management, and Performance Management.
  • Relevant HRMS or ERP certifications are a plus.
