Role overview
Accellor is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance for Salesforce CRM applications.
The role covers manual and automation testing, test strategy, defect management, quality metrics, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the QA team and drive quality across Salesforce CRM applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium and Playwright automation frameworks.
- Plan and execute manual, functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Create test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex applications.
- Collaborate with development, analysis, product, and project management teams.
- Track defects, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, improve coverage, and report QA metrics.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of QA experience with leadership or management responsibilities.
- Strong manual and automation testing experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
- Strong API testing knowledge using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Mandatory experience testing Salesforce CRM applications.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with automation frameworks, Git, and CI/CD tools.
