Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Test chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end to end testing
- Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents, and response accuracy
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members in an Agile environment
- Ensure high quality software releases that meet business and customer expectations
Requirements
- Strong experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation)
- Hands on experience with chatbot or conversational AI testing
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of defect management and test management tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Prior experience working in the Airline/Aviation domain is highly preferred
- Experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or airline applications
- Exposure to tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks is an advantage
