About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Validate end to end airline booking workflows including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check in, loyalty, cancellations, and customer service
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, automation suites based on business requirements
- Test CRM integrations with airline systems such as booking engines, payment gateways, loyalty platforms, and third party APIs
- Perform API testing using Postman/REST clients
- Execute SQL queries for backend data validation
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA
- Hands on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Strong experience in Airline Booking/Reservation domain
- Hands on Automation Testing experience using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Experience in API testing using Postman/REST Assured
- Experience with SQL for data validation
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with JIRA/Azure DevOps

Job Summary
- Experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in Airline Booking/Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Validate end to end airline booking workflows.

- Perform API testing using Postman/REST clients.
- Execute SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps.
- Support UAT cycles, production release validation, and automation regression execution.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA.
- Hands on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365).
- Strong experience in Airline Booking/Reservation domain.
- Hands on Automation Testing experience using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
- Experience in API testing and integration testing using Postman/REST Assured.
- Experience with SQL for data validation.
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
