- Assist in designing and documenting test plans and test cases for new and existing features
- Execute manual, exploratory, system, functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing under the guidance of senior QA team members
- Document and report bugs, failures, and test results clearly and consistently
- Learn and contribute to automated test scripts as opportunities arise
- Collaborate with developers and designers to understand features, flag potential issues, and help ensure the team meets acceptance criteria and QA standards
- Communicate testing status and findings to the team regularly
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post secondary program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Practical experience or coursework involving database driven web application testing and software version control systems (Git)
- Exposure to or hands on experience with TypeScript and integration test frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium
- A collaborative approach to software quality with excellent communication skills
- An innovative mindset with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping priorities effectively
- Comfort working independently and asynchronously, while also prioritizing collaboration and connection with people

About the Role
- We're hiring a QA Automation Engineer Co op to join our Research & Development team from September December 2026!
- In this role, you'll help us maintain product quality by testing features before they are put into production, ensuring a low defect experience that our customers love.
- You'll collaborate closely with teammates across product and engineering, contribute to a high trust environment, and play a direct role in shaping the future of the industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist in designing and documenting test plans and test cases for new and existing features based on requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual, exploratory, system, functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing under the guidance of senior QA team members.
- Document and report bugs, failures, and test results clearly and consistently, while supporting the investigation and re testing of defects.
- Learn and contribute to automated test scripts as opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to understand features, flag potential issues, and help ensure the team meets acceptance criteria and QA standards.
- Communicate testing status and findings to the team regularly to help support a positive customer experience.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a post secondary program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Compensation & Perks
