- Show up where distributors are: Facebook Promo Groups, LinkedIn, events, etc.
- Transition warm relationships to the Account Executive team
- Monitor social conversations for engagement signals and timely outreach
- Feed insights back to the Marketing team for content creation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or sales related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Social media savvy with a built LinkedIn following

About the Role
- We're hiring a Community Growth Specialist to join our Marketing Team!
- In this role, you will be a representative of commonsku inside the promo industry, building relationships with distributor prospects everyday.
- Only about 5% of our market is actively shopping for software at any given time. Your job is to be present and valuable for the other 95%.
What You'll Do
- Build and Own Your Prospect Relationships: Manage a defined book of distributor prospects.
- Run Organized and Personalized Outreach: Use HubSpot to manage your relationships.
- Lead Every Interaction With Value: Share content that genuinely helps.
- Show Up Where Distributors Are: Be present in Facebook Promo Groups, LinkedIn, events, etc.
- Transition Warm Relationships to the AE Team.
- Social Listening: Monitor social conversations across LinkedIn, Facebook, and the skummunity Forum.
- Feed the Social + Content Engine: Bring insights back to the Marketing team.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing or sales related role
- Communication, Written & Verbal: natural communicator
- Content Curation: ability to identify key insights
- Social Media Savvy: digital native with built LinkedIn following
- CRM Fluency: experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- AI Fluency: experience with AI tools
- Empathy, Approachability, Curiosity, Patience, Community orientation
Compensation & Perks
- Starting base salary $60,000–$72,000 plus 10% annual bonus
- Remote first culture
- Company wide closure Dec 25 Jan 1

- Twice yearly company wide summits
Location
- Open to candidates eligible to work in Canada, except Quebec.
- Remote first, but Toronto based is preferred.
