Role overview
QA Engineer I role focused on software testing, QA automation, Salesforce application workflows, and enterprise application testing.
The role seeks candidates with 1–2 years of QA or testing experience and exposure to test automation.
Must-have qualifications
- Hands-on experience or project exposure to Salesforce testing, preferably including one or more Salesforce clouds.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Understanding of test cases, test suites, locators, assertions, and test execution.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce business processes and end-to-end application workflows.
- Experience with REST API testing using Playwright, Postman, or a similar tool.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript; exposure to Java or Python is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an Agile, cross-functional team.
