Role overview
ZoomInfo is hiring a QA Engineer I for early-career software testing and QA automation work.
The role supports Salesforce and enterprise application testing within an Agile, cross-functional environment.
The successful candidate will progressively take ownership of assigned testing activities under senior QA guidance.
Must-have qualifications
- Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in QA or testing, with exposure to test automation.
- Hands-on or project experience with Salesforce testing is required, including one or more Salesforce cloud or product areas.
- Hands-on Playwright automation experience using TypeScript or JavaScript is required.
- Candidates should understand test cases, test suites, locators, assertions, and test execution.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce business processes and end-to-end application workflows is required.
- Experience with REST API testing using Playwright, Postman, or a similar tool is required.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, CI/CD concepts, and Git is required.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, communication, and Agile collaboration skills are required.
