QA Automation - Lead

Mandatory Skills: Playwright, API Testing, GUI Testing, C#, MS SQL Key Responsibilities: Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing. Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects. Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
