- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Create, test, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
- Develop Python scripts and automation tools for data processing, reporting, and system integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data migration and integration.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs, web services, and third party systems.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Execute unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Python development
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL programming
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
- Experience in developing and optimizing stored procedures, triggers, and database objects
- Hands on experience with Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c or higher
- Knowledge of Python frameworks and libraries such as Flask, Django, Pandas, NumPy, or SQLAlchemy
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
