About CFI Financial Group

The role supports the company's online trading and investing business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop features and new products.
- Develop solutions according to business requirements and document technical specifications, technology choices, and workflows.
- Present implementations to team leaders, department heads, and the CTO.
- Implement unit and integration tests and ensure software meets quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, identify anti-patterns, and find refactoring opportunities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the relevant superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development and Python coding experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with the Odoo platform or Odoo projects.
- Knowledge of software architecture, quality assurance principles, SDLC processes, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, and containerized applications.
- Some experience with messaging systems, WebSockets, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
- Proficiency with version control and continuous integration tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Understanding of web security standards and best practices.
