Role Description
The Community Manager – Crypto manages and grows online communities across social media and messaging platforms.
The role is responsible for engagement, timely communication, community monitoring, and a positive brand presence.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate crypto communities across Telegram, Discord, and social media platforms.
- Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor discussions, feedback, and sentiment related to the brand and crypto products.
- Identify and report community insights, trends, and potential reputational risks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and community initiatives.
- Organize AMA sessions, contests, and live discussions.
- Track community engagement metrics and provide performance insights.
- Ensure communication tone aligns with brand guidelines.
