Job Description
We are hiring a talented
Product Owner - Ib
professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for IB and Partner Portals.
- Define, enhance, and maintain partner commission, referral, and performance management systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure accurate calculations, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams to align product functionality with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Drive transparency and usability across partner dashboards and user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Benchmark industry-leading partner ecosystems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
