Overview
The role will help scale backend infrastructure and deepen agentic capabilities for an AI copilot serving logistics professionals.
The work includes building memory layers, RAG pipelines, and ontological structures rather than only wrapping APIs.
Technical Requirements
- Production-grade asynchronous Python engineering with FastAPI and Pydantic focused on performance and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, DSPy, or LangChain, including state management, agent loops, and reliable tool-calling.
- Experience building or working with ontologies.
- Experience implementing long-term memory using vector databases and schemas.
- Experience optimizing RAG systems or fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific reasoning.
- GCP experience is preferred.
- Understanding of Secure SDLC practices.
