Role Overview
The engineer will scale backend infrastructure and deepen agentic AI capabilities for logistics professionals.
The role involves building memory layers, RAG pipelines, and ontological structures for an AI co-pilot.
Technical Requirements
- Expertise in production-grade asynchronous Python engineering with FastAPI and Pydantic, focused on performance and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, DSPy, or LangChain, including state management, agent loops, and reliable tool-calling.
- Experience building or working with ontologies.
- Experience implementing long-term memory with vector databases and schemas.
- Experience with RAG optimization or fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific reasoning.
- Experience with GCP is preferred.
- Understanding of secure SDLC practices.
