Role Overview

Core Technical Work

• Build production backend systems using asynchronous Python with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Develop reliable agent loops, state management, and tool-calling capabilities.
• Implement long-term memory using vector databases and schemas that preserve context over long horizons.
• Optimize RAG pipelines through techniques such as reranking and query transformation.
• Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific reasoning when appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

• Expert production-grade Python engineering with FastAPI and Pydantic is required.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, DSPy, or LangChain is required.
• Knowledge of agent state management, agent loops, and reliable tool calling is required.
• Experience building or working with ontologies is required.
• Experience with vector databases and long-term memory implementation is required.
• Experience with RAG optimization or LLM fine-tuning is required.
• Understanding of Secure SDLC practices is required.
