- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 3 years in purchasing, procurement, or logistics support role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills

Role Summary
- The Purchasing Support Executive assists the logistics procurement team in the end to end purchasing process, ensuring uninterrupted supply of raw materials, spare parts, and logistics consumables for manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track purchase orders (POs) for logistics consumables, raw materials, and spare parts.
- Communicate with approved vendors and freight suppliers to confirm lead times and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Monitor inbound shipment status; coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm receipt of goods.
- Match supplier invoices against POs and goods receipt notes (GRN); resolve discrepancies.
- Generate weekly and monthly procurement status reports including PO aging, spend analysis, and supplier performance metrics.
- Update and maintain procurement records in the ERP system (SAP / Oracle / equivalent).
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with internal procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years in purchasing, procurement, or logistics support role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
