- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements
- Compare quotations and ensure cost effective purchasing decisions
- Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier database
- Ensure quality standards of purchased products and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Previous experience in Purchasing / Procurement role
- Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
