Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
- Follow company policies, cash handling procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good mathematical and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
