Role Overview
Boutiqaat is seeking a Purchasing Manager to make procurement a strategic business function across local and international categories.
The role leads sourcing, supplier relationships, purchasing execution, cost performance, supply continuity, and the purchasing team.
Procurement and Supplier Management
- Design and execute category strategies across local and international portfolios.
- Use market intelligence to improve sourcing and align procurement initiatives with business growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-impact suppliers.
- Lead negotiations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and industry insights.
- Strengthen vendor partnerships and monitor supplier KPIs.
- Resolve disputes, claims, logistics challenges, and tender complexities.
Purchasing Operations and Finance
- Ensure contracts and purchase orders align with company policies and standards.
- Oversee the purchasing lifecycle from planning through delivery and supervise active purchase orders.
- Maintain ERP accuracy for stock, requisitions, and tracking.
- Protect supply continuity through forecasting and capacity planning.
- Own budgeting, financial costing, resource planning, cost monitoring, savings, and performance reporting.
