User Experience Review is seeking a mid-level Purchasing Executive, Procurement Coordinator, or Sourcing Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role manages vendor sourcing strategies, commercial negotiations, procurement execution, material spend, and supply chain risk.

Research markets, issue RFQs and RFPs, evaluate supplier bids, and select qualified vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, rebates, NDAs, and Master Service Agreements.
Manage high-volume purchase orders, delivery tracking, supplier SLA compliance, and vendor reviews.
Analyze vendor costs, identify alternative supply channels, assess supply risks, and track spend against budgets.
Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, operations, and external supplier leadership teams.
Resolve escalated delivery or quality issues and manage supplier scorecards.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, business administration, international trade, or a related field.
Expertise in strategic sourcing, market intelligence, supplier evaluation, and RFQ or RFP processes.
Experience negotiating commercial pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, rebates, NDAs, and service agreements.
