Purchasing Executive

• Assist the Purchasing Manager with the purchasing of all goods and equipment required by the Hotel

• Process system Purchase Orders, ensuring that receipt of the same has been confirmed accordingly by the vendors.

• Day to day follow-up of F&B system orders and sending the short delivery report before end of the business day

• Weekly follow-up of General system orders and updating the open Purchase Orders accordingly.

• Tracking F&B vendor’s HACCP/trade license/hygiene documents validity and following-up with the vendors on food hygiene compliance.

• Ensure all records are appropriately filed for ease of future reference, tidiness and for audit purposes, and utilize electronic storage as much as possible taking into consideration all relevant Government Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.

• Ensure that goods are sourced according to specifications and the basic policy accordingly to the LSOP is implemented.

• Ensure sufficient operating/F&B supplies are in stock, and coordinates orders with each department.
