Role Overview
Front Office Service Manager role focused on lobby guest experience, front office support, service recovery, and hotel quality performance.
The role coordinates with multiple hotel departments and leads a positive, responsive approach to guest needs and problem resolution.
Guest Service Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with inquiries, provide farewells, and make courtesy calls during their stay.
- Handle reservations, guest complaints, service issues, feedback, and review collection professionally.
- Monitor the lobby, report maintenance or safety concerns, and coordinate with front desk, concierge, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
- Welcome VIP and suite guests, explain facilities, coordinate special requests, and manage room upgrades based on availability.
Operations and Quality
- Act as the hotel’s Radisson Rewards member and ensure program standards are implemented.
- Monitor hotel quality standards and Review Pro performance results.
- Coordinate bell boys, doormen, and coffee service staff.
- Support smooth front office operations and ensure property and company standards are followed.
- Plan, document, and follow up on due diligence and best-practice activities for internal and external audits.
