Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement activities and ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, supplies, and services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the procurement and supply chain departments.
Key Responsibilities Include
- (But not limited to the following)
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Issue and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure the timely receipt of materials.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, negotiate terms, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and update procurement data within internal systems, including ERP and Service Titan.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock.
- Resolve purchasing issues, including delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, backorders, and damaged materials.
