Job Description
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities :*** Assists in processing purchase requests and purchase orders for all departments.
- Coordinates with suppliers regarding quotations, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Follows up on pending orders and delayed deliveries to ensure timely supply of goods.
- Assists in sourcing materials, supplies, and equipment at competitive prices.
- Ensures all delivered items meet hotel specifications and departmental requirements.
- Coordinates with Receiving and Stores departments regarding delivered items and discrepancies.
- Maintains accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
- Assists in monitoring stock levels and maintaining minimum par stock levels.
- Supports monthly inventory and stock count activities as assigned.
- Assists in conducting market surveys and obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers.
- Maintains daily purchasing and receiving reports.
- Coordinates with all departments regarding purchasing requirements and urgent requests.
- Supports the Purchasing Manager in daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
