Position Overview
The employer is hiring a responsible, organized, and professional individual for back-office and purchase-related administrative activities.

Key Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Good negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Hindi is required.
- Good organizational and administrative skills and professional etiquette are required.
- The candidate must coordinate with suppliers and internal teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier coordination.
- Maintain purchase and administrative records.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and documents.
- Assist with basic accounting and Tally-related tasks.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms.
