About the Role
A confidential company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Fleet Workshop and Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement of spare parts and coordinate maintenance activities for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and buses.

Responsibilities
- Procure vehicle spare parts, tools, consumables, and workshop materials
- Ensure timely sourcing of parts to minimize fleet downtime
- Review purchase requests and obtain quotations from suppliers
- Compare prices and negotiate favorable rates and terms
- Monitor stock levels with the storekeeper
- Verify quality and specifications of purchased items
- Control procurement costs within approved budgets
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Process invoices and coordinate payment documentation with Accounts
- Supervise vehicle maintenance and repair activities
- Support roadside breakdown repair requirements
- Coordinate workshop staff and daily maintenance work
Requirements
- High school, diploma, or degree qualification
- Experience in transport, workshop, fleet, or oil and gas sectors preferred
- Hindi and English language skills are mandatory
- Valid driving license required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Purchase (spare parts): 2 years (Required)

Job Description
- The Fleet Workshop and Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the procurement of spare parts, consumables, and workshop materials for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and buses.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, vehicle passing, and workshop support functions.
- Requires close coordination with workshop staff, suppliers, drivers, accounts, and management.
