Responsibilities
- Create, review, issue, and track Purchase Orders accurately within Odoo
- Maintain precise records of pricing, delivery dates, quantities, and supplier information in the ERP system
- Act as primary point of contact for vendors regarding PO confirmations, lead times, and potential delays
- Verify and reconcile POs with delivery notes and vendor invoices (three way matching)
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
- Generate purchasing and supplier performance reports from Odoo to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Advanced hands on experience with Odoo ERP (Purchase and Inventory modules)
- Minimum 2 3 years of daily operational experience using Odoo for purchasing and supply chain management
- Proven track record as a PO Specialist, Procurement Assistant, or similar role
- Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Purchase Order Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
- Responsible for managing the end to end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and seamless coordination with suppliers.
Mandatory Requirements
- Advanced, hands on experience with Odoo ERP (specifically the Purchase and Inventory modules) is strictly required.
- Candidates without proven Odoo expertise will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Odoo Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum of 2–3 years of daily operational experience using Odoo ERP for purchasing and supply chain management.
- Experience: Proven track record as a PO Specialist, Procurement Assistant, or a similar role.
- Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; excellent negotiation and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Arabic or other languages are a plus.
