- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications
- Configure and enhance Odoo ERP functionalities to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo implementations
- Participate in Odoo version upgrades and migration projects
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs
- Integrate Odoo with third party applications, platforms, and services
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated systems
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well documented Python code
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement solutions
- Perform testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Proven hands on experience with Odoo ERP development and customization
- Good understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, workflows, and ORM
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Strong understanding of XML, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Git version control
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

Your Role
- We are looking for a skilled Python Odoo Developer to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development and proven experience working with the Odoo ERP platform, including customization, module development, and integrations.
- You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo solutions that support business operations and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and applications.
- Configure and enhance Odoo ERP functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo implementations.
- Participate in Odoo version upgrades and migration projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs.
- Integrate Odoo with third party applications, platforms, and services.
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated systems.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well documented Python code.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high quality ERP solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python development.
- Proven hands on experience with Odoo ERP development and customization.
- Good understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, workflows, and ORM.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
