Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end procurement process for construction, MEP, and EPC projects
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial and technical offers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company procurement policies
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Conduct price comparisons, cost analysis, and vendor evaluations to achieve cost effective procurement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities
- Resolve procurement related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and supplier disputes
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation
- Support inventory planning and ensure the timely availability of materials to avoid project delays
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement/purchasing
- Experience in the Construction, MEP, or EPC industry is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market and procurement practices
- Experience in negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement software) is preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Qualifications
