- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services as per project requirements
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams to meet procurement schedules
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing vendors
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project requirements
Requirements
- 1 2 years of UAE experience in procurement/purchasing
- Experience in Construction, MEP, or EPC industry is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and UAE procurement market
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
