Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities for multiple outlets
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Control purchasing costs and improve profitability
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing/procurement experience
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control
- Ability to handle multiple outlets and coordinate with suppliers
- Good knowledge of the UAE market
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
