Role Overview

Compensation

• The job is full-time.
• The description lists pay of AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
• A separate pay field lists AED 1,895.63 to AED 3,500 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop outlet strategies to increase customer traffic and profitability.
• Manage outlet operations and ensure team adherence to company policies.
• Motivate, mentor, train, and review outlet staff to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee outlet operations, marketing, sales growth, and profitability.
• Manage maintenance and service activities for machines and equipment.
• Prepare reports on purchases, sales, customer trends, profits, and daily results.
• Resolve customer and staff issues and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Promote the brand through word of mouth, social media, and restaurant events.
• Control costs and reduce product and food waste.
• Organize and supervise shifts and employee leave.
• Review product quality and research lower-cost vendors.
• Support staff training, customer service standards, and daily digital marketing content.

Role Requirements

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including ingredients and dishes.
• Good knowledge of coffee and specialty coffee.
• Strong leadership, proactive, motivational, people, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cafe point-of-sale software.
• Freshers with managerial skills may apply.
