About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source IT hardware, networking products, structured cabling, fiber optic solutions, server racks, telecom equipment, and related accessories
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing, quality, warranty, and delivery schedules
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and credit facilities with vendors
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on supplier deliveries
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and vendors
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
- Process procurement documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), invoices, and supplier records
- Track supplier performance and identify cost saving opportunities
- Stay informed about new products, market pricing, and supplier availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience in the UAE IT industry
- Strong knowledge of the Bur Dubai IT market and supplier network
- Experience purchasing IT infrastructure, networking, telecom, or structured cabling products
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Job Summary
