Job Summary

  • We are looking for an energetic and results oriented Key Account Manager to drive business growth by developing new customer relationships while managing and expanding key accounts.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the IT, networking, telecom, or ICT industry and be passionate about achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • This role offers a strong career progression path, with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Account Manager based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, consultants, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and enterprise customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
  • Promote and sell networking products, structured cabling solutions, fiber optic products, data center infrastructure, racks, cabinets, and related ICT solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and after sales support.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling within existing customer accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within the IT, networking, telecom, or ICT industry.
  • Strong understanding of networking products, structured cabling, fiber optic solutions, or data center infrastructure is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage strategic customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
