About the Role
Avalon Networks Systems LLC is seeking an energetic Key Account Manager to drive B2B sales in IT, networking, and ICT solutions in Dubai. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, consultants, contractors, system integrators, distributors, and enterprise customers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and customer visits
- Promote and sell networking products, structured cabling solutions, fiber optic products, data center infrastructure, racks, cabinets, and related ICT solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, customer meetings, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, order processing, and after sales support
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, proposals, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling within existing customer accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records using CRM or ERP systems
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management within IT, networking, telecom, or ICT industry
- Strong understanding of networking products, structured cabling, fiber optic solutions, or data center infrastructure preferred
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage strategic customer accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- UAE Driving License preferred
