About the Role
Avalon Networks Systems seeks a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen online presence and generate B2B leads in the IT/telecom sector. - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other online platforms
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress
- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and product promotions
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Run Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta advertising campaigns
- Generate qualified B2B sales leads through digital marketing activities
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools
- Prepare monthly reports on website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
- Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to support marketing initiatives and product launches
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the IT, Networking, Telecom, or Technology industry
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress
- Strong content writing and communication skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality B2B leads, and support our sales team through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, website management, and marketing analytics, preferably within the IT, telecom, networking, or technology sector.
