Job Brief
KJ Auto Parts is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Purchase Administrator to support procurement operations.
The role works directly under the Head of Purchase and supports automotive-component purchasing, inventory planning, vendor data, and supply-chain workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and process purchase orders for automotive parts within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers and the logistics team to track shipments and support on-time delivery.
- Maintain vendor data, including accurate pricing, lead times, and contact profiles.
- Support order planning and procurement processes for the Purchase Head.
- Resolve pricing or quantity mismatches by comparing goods received notes, supplier invoices, and purchase orders.
- Archive import documentation, customs paperwork, and compliance certificates.
- Prepare raw data for monthly procurement cost and lead-time KPI reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience is requested, ideally in auto-parts retail, manufacturing, or distribution logistics.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, and experience with standard ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo.
