Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Purchase Coordinator Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in procurement? Join Ali & Sons as a Purchase Coordinator, supporting the Purchase Officer in managing procurement activities, supplier coordination, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and process purchase orders and send them to suppliers and departments. · Obtain supplier prices, specifications, and delivery information. · Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. · Check invoices and receiving reports against purchase orders. · Review prices and payment terms and resolve discrepancies. · Maintain strong relationships with vendors and freight partners. · Process CAPO, change orders, bid requests, and other procurement documents. · Support the Purchase Officer and Head of Purchase Section with daily administrative duties.
